stronger connections. -
The Love & Marriage Guidance Course - 11 May 2024
This workshop explored the complexities of modern relationships, addressing common conflicts and tensions that couples face. Insights were provided on resolving these challenges, focusing on the language of affection, attention, and care to deepen connections. A fresh perspective on intimacy was offered, highlighting the importance of boundaries, privacy, and balancing individual space with shared space. The workshop also emphasised the difference between communication and meaningful interaction, providing couples with tools for a more
fulfilling partnership. -
Behind Closed Doors - 15 Sep 2024
In this seminar, our panel of speakers delved into the often hidden and tumultuous world of extramarital relationships. The discussion explored the various dimensions of affairs, from the emotional and physical dynamics that drive them, to the profound impact they can have on all parties involved. The seminar also offered guidance on coping strategies for those affected, whether they are the betrayed partner, the one who strayed, or even the third party. Finally, our panel discussed the different pathways to healing — how to rebuild trust, restore relationships, or move on in a healthy and constructive manner. This seminar provided the opportunity for a candid conversation, designed to provide understanding, foster empathy, and offer hope
for recovery.

It was truly insightful and refreshing session, MashaAllah. Love this initiative!! It was a fruitful and engaging reflecting session for married couples or soon to be married couples. Touched on very sensitive topics which are deemed as taboo in our society. We look forward to more of such initiatives/short courses. It was also a platform that allowed discussion on religious and psychological aspects of marriage in a safe and open manner. Kudos to Hayaa' Network!

I have learnt that intimacy issues can be rooted from past trauma, and that the 5 love languages are just an indicator and shouldn’t limit your spouse to attending to you via your love language.
